The other leading coin-operated amusement machine supplier, with a history stretching back to 1977, and marking a long history in the sector, the company continued to drive originality in the scene. Taking the Milton Bradley-introduced plastic board and pegs game from 1967 and introducing it into the Video Redemption age, BayTek presented their 'Battleships' product - this massive two-player video redemption game based on the popular board game, seen in a production version. The vast cabinet towered above the players, while the action followed the traditional theme, with the naval guessing game represented on the players' individual touchscreen (able to be played against a computer competitor). The winner hitting the most ships in the time is rewarded with redemption tickets.
